Journalism, convergence and reader’s formation

This article discusses the literacy in the convergence process between printed and digital support. Required reader’s skills provided by the magazine for digital resources exploring were analyzed. The “Guia da Copa 2010 Veja” was used as an empirical object, showing how digital content is associated to printed material, and, what kind of readers journalism wants to train and retain, also. We consider the concepts of imaginary reader and literacy.
