Resumo

A comunicação social adota inovações tecnológicas desde o surgimento e popularização das redes telemáticas, que modificaram a forma como a audiência se relaciona nas plataformas digitais conectadas. Nesse ambiente comunicacional, em contraponto a um sistema embasado na relação implementada computacionalmente via master-slave (relação informativa assimétrica), um novo patamar do relacionamento entre ser humano e máquina computacional está sendo modelado pela introdução de sistemas computacionais dotados de arquitetura cognitiva, ou seja, capazes de interação com o ser humano, de forma cognitiva.
