Abstract

The article intended to evince the human being relevance on the context of institutionalization and validation of the sustainable paradigm. The research has been developed in a qualitative, explicative and bibliographic methodology. It was realized a survey of theories and methods that threat about the problem presented. The human being aware of its civics obligations and guided for an ethical and social responsibility manner, do not accept the diseases found in the social daily routine, so claim to validate a paradigm structured by social and environmental factors, which need to contemplate de continuity of humans existence in its physiological, social an intellectual terms. The emergence of this paradigm comes from a structural modification in the society, occurred for the needs of institutional transformations in all social hierarchy. The sustainable paradigm, in part institutionalized by the social capital, is only validated by social actors defined as social organizational mans, in giving priority to the collective well being and good relations with the communities, so that, a responsible development can be acquired in social, organizational and institutional environments.
