Specialization in Family Therapy (PUC-BA); Specialization in the Fundamentals of Audio and Acoustics (Audio and Video Institute, IAV-SP). Master’s Degree in English Literature (UFRJ); Doctorate in Communication and Semiotics: Genetic Criticism and Literature (PUC-SP) with research performed at Special Collection, Poughkeepsie College, N.Y. and at Special Collection, Harvard University, Massachusetts; Post-Doctorate in Comparative Literature: Literature and Cinema (UFMG); Post-Doctorate in Digital Media: Sound Media (PUC-SP). Full Professor of English Language and Literature (UFBA).
