José de Moura Leite Neto is a journalist, PhD in Oncology at the A.C. Camargo Cancer Center and one of the founders and current president of the Brazilian Network of Journalists and Science Communicators. In an interview carried out on November 12, 2021, he spoke about the role of RedeComCiência and reflected on the concept of scientific journalism, the training of journalists specializing in science and the production of this type of journalism by universities.
