Thinking Meschonnic and the radical historicity of language

This paper deals with the theorization of the poet, linguist, and translator Henri Meschonnic. I consider several works of scientific nature by the author, one of which is posthumous. Based on the results of the research financed by FAPESP (2019/07879-4), I propose to think and continue Meschonnic in terms of understanding and in-depth discuss some of his key concepts: the sign; the subject of the poem; the historicity; poetics; modernity and the modernity of modernity.
