Valores-trabalho através de uma sucessão de redefinições: uma análise das "novas soluções" para o “problema da transformação”

Até 1980, o “problema da transformação” era visto como uma parte superada da teoria clássica do valor. Todavia, desde 1980, uma série de “novas soluções” – a “Nova Interpretação”, o “Sistema Temporal Único”, a “Reconceitualização Radical” e a “Interpretação Macro-Monetária” - começaram a surgir. Nossa contribuição aqui é apresentar e avaliá-las criticamente, usando um esquema analítico simples, sem uso de álgebra linear. Apresentamos também a interpretação sraffiana da teoria do valor de Marx, que possui base textual sólida e permite entender a motivação para tantas ‘novas soluções’ para um problema que, a rigor, sequer existe. Conclui-se que, do ponto de vista interpretativo, as novas abordagens são problemáticas e, do ponto de vista analítico, não representam uma contribuição positiva ao tema. Em dois apêndices, apresentamos todos os conceitos usando álgebra linear e uma prova de convergência do sistema de preços “temporal” para o sistema de preços de produção “simultaneísta”.
