A anatomia e a psicologia do genocídio em Gaza: inter-relações

O presente artigo apresenta as principais considerações do relatório “Anatomia de um genocídio”, de Francesca Albanese. Cruza-o com produções atuais e interdisciplinares. A ênfase recai no conceito jurídico de apartheid como chave interpretativa necessária e os danos psicológicos provocados à população palestina como consequência do projeto colonial e genocida. Constata-se a precisão do relatório de Albanese, mas também a necessidade de complementação para garantir uma visão mais abrangente das violações e dos danos causados na Faixa de Gaza. O ineditismo da utilização da tipificação de genocídio em documento da relatoria especial designada pelo Conselho de Direitos Humanos da ONU para o caso palestino demanda e justifica o aprofundamento aqui proposto
