Abstract

This article brings historical data about ONU creation and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, emphasizing the social face of the first and the individual predominance of the second. It is discussed the perception of injustice and the ways to oppose to it, the resistance to oppression, the choice made by ONU of 1995 as the International Year of Tolerance because the many ethnic and religious conflicts all over the world, to argument in favor of mass media, school and State action cooperation in defense of Tolerance principles. To conclude, there exist the proposition of a work methodology to afford an education able to develop the respect to Human Rights and Tolerance between the nations
