Arte e cultura nas bordas da cidade

Resumo

Tendo em vista que o NAU participou da organização das três edições deste evento realizado pela Ação Educativa, propus ao Diretor de Cultura dessa Ong que idealizou e é o principal responsável pela iniciativa, acompanhar a programação deste sábado, pela zona sul de São Paulo. Na realidade, o evento todo se espalhou por 45 espaços e equipamentos culturais na periferia – incluindo CEUs, Fábricas de Cultura, bibliotecas, centros culturais independentes, além de sedes do SESC, Museu do Futebol e Centro Cultural São Paulo, durante uma semana, de 27 de agosto a 1º de setembro de 2013.

This article deals with Pagode da 27, a samba movement that occurs in Grajaú, peripherical neighborhood of São Paulo. The ideal is to understand the tensions and cooperations relations of the samba and the other actors that also occurs in neighborhood, with special atention to the NGO that helps the poor kids of the area and organized crime. We aproch this subject by the survivel and the existence factors of the actors in nowadays city, that undestood by the binomious massification and fragmentation. Inside this aproch, the local and community bounds have a place of in the belong and in the satisfaction of the local actors, which doesn't mean the absence of conflicts and quarrels.
