Comparação entre o polimorfismo do gene Apoe na composição corporal, potência muscular e Total Genotype Score (TGS)

Resumo

Descrever o perfil de saúde dos grupos estudados, verificar a frequência dos alelos e dos genótipos do gene Apolipoproteína E (ApoE) e comparar os polimorfismos do gene ApoE com composição corporal, potência de membros inferiores (MMIIs) e total genotype score (TGS), a amostra foi composta por 81 indivíduos. O ácido desoxirribonucleico (ADN) foi obtido a partir de amostras do esfregaço da mucosa oral. A composição corporal foi avaliada pela balança de bioimpedância OMRON e a potência de MMIIs foi mensurada pelo tapete de contato da Hidrofit, com os testes Squat jump (SJ) e Counter moviment jump (CMJ). O grupo 1 (ɛ2) foi composto por 65% acometidos por acidente vascular cerebral (AVC), a altura dos testes CMJ 6,08±3,8 e SJ 4,77±3,4. O grupo 2 (ɛ3) foi composto 17,1% de indivíduos acometidos por AVC, a altura do CMJ 10,3±5,4 e SJ 8,3±5,2. O grupo ɛ4 apresentou indivíduos com AVC 28,6%. Altura no CMJ 11,7±7,4 e SJ 9,8±7,3. O grupo Ɛ2/Ɛ4 apresentou altura no CMJ 5,71±4,9 e SJ 4,36±3,2. Os alelos ɛ3 e ɛ4 apresentaram diferença significativa em relação ao grupo ɛ2 nos testes CMJ e SJ. As médias dos alelos foram: ɛ3 (69,8%); ɛ2 (16,6%) e ɛ4 (13,6%). O genótipo Ɛ3/Ɛ3 foi o mais prevalente (50,6%).  A frequência alélica que prevaleceu na amostra deste estudo foi do alelo ɛ3 e 65 % dos portadores do alelo ɛ2 são acometidos por AVC. Os portadores do alelo ɛ3 e ɛ4 obtiveram diferença significativa na força muscular em comparação com o grupo ɛ2. O TGS se apresentou com 50, em 58% da amostra e em portadores do ɛ3.
