Efeito da colaboração na relação entre troca social e desenho do sistema de controle gerencial

Resumo

O estudo tem como objetivo analisar o efeito mediador da colaboração nas trocas sociais entre gestores no desenho do sistema de controle gerencial. Realizou-se um estudo descritivo com abordagem quantitativa por meio de uma survey, para tal utilizou-se um questionário. A população é formada por 423 empresas listadas na Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (B3). O instrumento de pesquisa foi enviado aos gestores por meio da plataforma SurveyMonkey. A amostra final totalizou 203 respondentes. Para a análise dos dados utilizou-se a modelagem de equações estruturais (MEE). Propagação da importância de contextos comportamentais, psicológicos e sociais, com o intuito de melhorar o relacionamento entre as organizações e gestores, e consequentemente melhorar o desenho do SCG, contribuindo no desempenho organizacional. Os resultados mostram relações diretas positivas e significativas entre as trocas sociais e o desenho do SCG. Os resultados também indicam que a colaboração possui efeito mediador entre as trocas sociais entre gestores e o desenho do SCG. O estudo contribui para a literatura ao abarcar os conceitos da SET em um novo campo de pesquisa, assim, apresenta resultados consistentes e amplia o arcabouço da Teoria e do SCG.
