Abstract

The author analises some concepts present in the conceptual framework of the brazilian nursing starting from the philosophic lives used as the more powerful frame of the tendencies historical-social settled. Presupposing that the nurse's vision her own activities and conceptual framework components is a product of a reflective process of the objective reality of her existence, indicates that it is necessary to take the challenge of confront the fundamentals contradictions of our practice with a not idealistic frame of analysis.
