The author approaches the issue "authonomy of the nurse as a liberal professional". She emphasizes that this authonomy exists only in the speech of some nurses. She also points out that our practice has shown that the nurses are still subordinate to several professionals of the health team and a little has been done to ameliorate the organizational structure of caring, based on the real needs of the clients.Downloads
