Application of Horta's Nursing Process to a fifty patients in an intensive care unit after cardiac surgery. We could identify the following affected areas: circulation, hydroeletrolitic equilibrium, basic-acid equilibrium, body care, oxygen supply, cutaneaes integrity, ellimination of urine, neurological control, security, pain level, sleep and repose, mobility, physical integrity, nutrition, thermal, hormonal and immunological control. The degree of dependence upon nursing assistance and actions to cover these necessities were identified.Downloads
