The present paper is a study on Staphylococcal contamination of milk before pasteurizing. Gross contamination is shown, and possible consequences are discussed. That measures intended to alter the epidemiologic structure of the so called milk line are necessary and urgent, is the final conclusion of the paper.Downloads
