Desigualdades sociais na entrada no emprego formal entre graduados da educação superior

O artigo analisa a relação entre a origem familiar dos graduados de diferentes áreas de estudo e setores da educação superior e dois resultados no mercado de trabalho: a entrada no emprego formal e o emprego em ocupações consideradas típicas para área de formação. Para realizar a análise, utilizamos dados do Exame Nacional de Desempenho de Estudantes (Enade) 2009 a 2011 e da Relação Anual de Informações Sociais (Rais) 2013 a 2015, e calculamos modelos logísticos e multinomiais. Os resultados principais mostram que as diferenças qualitativas da educação superior importam para a relação entre a origem social dos graduados e a posição que ocupam no mercado de trabalho.
