Author Biographies

  • Margarida Rendeiro, Universidade Nova de Lisboa

    Is a full researcher at the Center for the Humanities (CHAM), FCSH-NOVA Lisbon and the Coordinator of the Research Group in Transcultural, Litersry and Postcolonial Studies She gained a PhD in Portuguese Studies from King’s College, London (2008). Her research broach questions related to contemporary cultural and literary studies in Portuguese-speaking countries, and women studies. S She is the Principal Researcher of the Project Women’s Literature: Memories, Peripheries and Resistance in the Luso-Afro-Brazilian Atlantic (PTDC/LLT-LES/0858/2021), funded by the Foundation for Science and Technology in Portugal. She coedited hallenging Memories and Rebuilding Identities (Routledge, 2019).
