DAVID CLARK is Lecturer in English Literature at the University of A Coruña (Spain). After undergraduate study at the University of Kent at Canterbury and the University of
Alicante, he wrote his dissertation on the work of the Scottish writer Neil M.Gunn. His publications examine the influence of Joyce on the Scottish Literary Renaissance and his main interests are Scottish, Irish and Galician literature and the relationships among the three.
