Author Biography

  • Patrick Joseph Clarke

    PATRICK JOSEPH CLARKE was born in Ireland and is a member of the Holy Spirit Congregation.
    His M.A. dissertation in Education was published under the title Pão e Poesia (São Paulo: AM Edições,
    1994) with a preface by Paulo Freire. Since 1977 he has lived in a suburb in East São Paulo, where he started missions for shanty-town dwellers and indian nations.
