As a conclusion of the studies on the spectrophotometric method using 2,2,-dipyridyl ketoxime, it is suggested a technique for the cobalt determination in plants. The method, as it is proposed, presents both precision and accuracy sonsidered satisfactory, and the least relative error of the concentration is obtained in the range from 0,9 to 9,0 or 1,0 to 10,0 microgrames of cobalt in 3ml of solvent. It follows Beer's law and the molar absorptivity of the compound is 17.685. The results of cobalt determination in several vegetables are presented.Downloads
