WORK AND QUIMERAS: DILEMA LIVED BY THE YOUNG WORKER

Abstract

The premature insertion of the worker young in the labour´s world aims to fill in the familiar income, the affirmation of his autonomy and the execution of the symbolic value that the awards for the labour. However, the fact that he belongs a class stratum  whose income is low, his little educational qualification, above all the professional, and the scarce opportunities offered him by the labour market, constitute obstacles for this worker young to occupy a craft that satisfy him subjectively. The approach of this research consists of focusing and examining the conflict between real work and subjective aspiration and also the streategies used by the young workess to overcome ,it, at the same time that they search to outline their worker´s identities.
