The ethics of translation, the subject of the poem and rhyme

This article aims to discuss the ethics of translation from an epistemological perspective, distinguishing it from moral codes, based on the thoughts of Benedict de Spinoza on the issue of ethics, and Émile Benveniste on the relation between subjectivity and language. And with the view that translation ethics is about good translation, and that a good translation is one that frees the subject of the poem as the maximum subjectivation of translation, we intend to arrive at the observation, based on Henri Meschonnic's thought, that the ethics of translation is the translation of the rhythm in which the subject of the poem emerges.
