A tecnologia na europa comunitária: coesão ou diferenciação?

Não é possível ignorar a existência de diversos processos locais de transformação técnica que se processam simultaneamente. A diversidade não existe apenas em nível de produtos, de processos de produção, de formas de organização e de características do cliente. A diversidade existe também na inovação. Neste artigo, faz-se uma incursão na teoria econômica relativamente a relevância da diversidade, passando-se em seguida a análise da diversidade da inovação. Propõe-se uma aplicação ao caso da Europa Comunitária e, em particular, a análise das tecnologias computadorizadas da produção.
