Plano X mercado na história do pensamento econômico: quatro rodadas de um grande debate

A bancarrota das burocracias do Leste Europeu contribuiu para uma retomada de debates em torno da possibilidade (ou impossibilidade) de uma transição ao socialismo. O objetivo deste artigo é resenhar os aspectos principais de quatro rodadas: o debate do cálculo econômico no socialismo (Barone, Mises, Hayek e Lange); plano e mercado na industrialização na Rússia (Preobrazhesnky e Bukarin); plano, mercado e democracia na crise da URSS (Nove, Mandel e Elson) e socialismo de mercado (Roemer, Wright). Essa resenha busca uma avaliação sintética das contribuições específicas de cada rodada para uma elaboração acadêmica atual sobre o tema. Na conclusão, esse balanço é articulado com possíveis linhas de investigação que poderiam contribuir para uma elaboração contemporânea.Downloads
