Abstract

The arterial hypertension is on of most commom diseases of this century. Its repercussion on the organism appears long term. Its being considered a risk factor for cardiovascular, renal and cerebral sequels. The treatment of the arterial hypertension, comes being reviewed, therefore the increase of the pressoric level in low intensity previously underestimated, is being associated to a decrease of life expectation. In a general way, it tries to approach the carrier of hypertension of low intensity initially with measures non-pharmacological, and mainly with the prescription of physical exercise and nutritional control. Its being considered that these patients are found frequently in the physioterapic clinic, it is important to know the physical exercise and to the during the physical exercise and to the physical training.
