Having the Lacanian concept of lituraterre as its starting point, the present article proposes the concept of litter-ature. Through letters and texts found in the works of João Ribeiro, Mário de Andrade, Oswald de Andrade, Tristão de Athayde and Murilo Mendes, the author tracks the relations between literature and psychoanalysis in Brasil, revealing currents and attitudes found in them.Downloads
