The Desiderative Questionnaire is a projective instrument of psychological evaluation that mobilizes, among others aspects, the examined simbolization capacity. The occurrence of symbolic equation in this technique answers constitutes, traditionally, a "flaw" in the Projective Identification instrumental use, being conventionally interpreted as a psychopathological indication. Answers given by adolescents to the Desiderative are presented, and in part of them it was possible to detect an appropriate simbolization process among examined ones, while in others faults by symbolic equation were found. Throught the psychoanalytical contributions of Milner and Winnicott, it was possible to re-examine the tradicional interpretation of these phenomena, considering them less pathological, and relativizing its feature of the ego's simbolization functions impoverishment. It was also examined the therapeutical possibilities of the appearance of these moments of not-differentiation towards projective techniques, specifically the Desiderative Questionnaire. These contributions may offer a wider psychodinamical understanding over the individuals investigated by this projective technique.Downloads
