THE ENVIRONMENTAL ADMINISTRATION AND THE REVERSE LOGISTICS IN THE PROCESS OF RETURN OF AGROTOXICS PACKAGING

Abstract

This article aims to discuss, within the new perspective about the environmental and competitive concerns, the basic presuppositions that condition the establishment of collectors and receivers mechanisms of empty agrotoxics packaging. It also attempt to relate the difficulties faced by the main agents of that process (rural producers, retailers, manufacturers of agrotoxics and the public administration) for the establishment of collectors centers of empty agrotoxics packing. The methodology was characterized by descriptive research, in the way of a not probabilistic exploratory study with members of agents above mentioned. The results show that a program of reverse logistics in the return process of empty agro toxics packing is ample and it doesn't finish with the administration and finishing of its procedure and normalization. On the opposite, after the end of the process, many other questionings can be made about the subject, as the spreading of the program, the ecological awareness of the involved agents, the integration among the involved agents and constant monitoring, over others.
