Physical Education at School: between concerns and impertinence

The present essay aimed to analyze the concepts of teaching approach and pedagogical trends in the School physical Education field. From the exploration of literature, it was possible to inquire about the degree of internal consistency of pedagogical theories produced in the 80s and 90s of last century, as proposed for the systematic teaching of physical education and its implications for the process of teacher training. Based on this approach, it was concluded that it is necessary an effort to bring together academics and professionals with the aim to evolve towards the knowledge systematization.Downloads
