The results of this essay enable us to conclude that the variation in the quantity of virus used in the serum-neutralization tests for measuring antirabic antibodies has influence on the results of the test. A negative relationship between the virus quantity used and the neutralizing antibodies titer was observed. Such a diversity still remains independently of the antibodies level of the serum within the values observed in this study.
