Abstract

This work brings to the fore of literary discussion some themes dealt with in the letters  of Mario de Andrade. In the reading of these epistle texts, one can find the history of Modernism, the question of "happiness" and the polemic with Graça Aranha and Oswald de Andrade. To take unawares and analyze such diversity is the aims of this research.
