This study analyzes how the management of healthcare services is articulated with the production organization in Basic Health Units by taking as a context the process of implementation of the SILOS technical care model. There is an attempt at operating with analytical instruments which enable the understanding of management work processes in their "micropolitical" aspects by correlating them to their "macropolitical" issues. It is concluded that the possibility of identifying areas of power in the management work exists, and they can produce transformation in healthcare services.Downloads
