Mature fruits of mango 'Paheri' were treated immediately after harvest with ethefon at 0 - 250 - 500 - 1.000 and 2.000 ppm. Fruit ripening was accelerated by all treatments , the time to maturity being reduced from 48 to 72 hours, when compared with controls. Maturation was evaluated, by external colour of fruits, soluble solids and acid contents.Downloads
