Resumen

This paper aims to discuss musical and literary memories in Africa / Brazil / Caribbean circuit. Sought to identify the aesthetic and political particularities surrounding the artistic output of this circuit, as well as the historical and cultural specificity of the peoples of the South Atlantic represented in musical and literary characters. As a result, we see a multicenter map of cultures and peoples that make up the Africa / Brazil / Caribbean in contemporary circuit, deconstructing the fixed image of the West as the standard historical plot. Praise the South Atlantic allowed to observe others unrelated to Euro-American artistic vanguard cultural modernism
