Abstract

The ramus principalis dexter of the excretory system of the liver in 6 specimens of Manzana americana, 1 of
Manzana simplieieornis and 1 of Blastocerus bezoartieus was injected with colored latex-Neoprene, fixed in
10% formaldehyde solution and dissected. In the 3 species, which do not have a vesica tellea, the ductus
chotedocus results from the junction of the ramus principalis dexter and the sinister. The ramus principalis
dexter is formed, under several dispositions, by the ramus medialis lobi dextri, the ramus dorsalis lobi
dextri, the ramus processi caudati and the ramus lateralis lobi dextri.
