Evidências no mercado interno de trabalho; durante um processo de rápido crescimento econômico
Abstract
Este artigo aborda o funcionamento dos Mercados de Trabalho à luz da experiência brasileira de rápido crescimento econômico, avaliando a estratégia de emprego «tirickle-dow» adotada pelo govemo e os resultados atingidos na fase do «milagre» e posteriotrmenite. Objetivando identificar as formas de controle da força de trabalho adotadas pelas empresas, em resposta a uma crescente demanda, os autores organizaram um levantamento junto a 82 empresas dos diversos setores em Sao Paulo. A seção 2 expõe os resultados deste levantamento em termos da importância dos mercados intemos de trabalho nas empresas. A 3 aborda os diferentes programas de treinamento adotados pelas firmas e a 4 o funcionamento das cadeias de promoção. A quinta seção aborda a interação entre os mercados interno e externo e a sexta, finalmente, as conclusões.
