Abstract

This study discusses, through a psychoanalyst approach, the question of the diagnosis in the graves psychic perturbations in the childhood, taking into consideration that on the contrary of neurosis there is too much to comprehend concerning psychosis in the childhood. The positive evolution of a clinical case of a child with mental retardation and psychosis diagnosis, placed within 2 years in a private clinic and the modification of the speech he was alienated to by the word device aroused a keen interest at the role of the psychoanalytic intervention as a way to give another direction to the subject.
