The main objective of this text is to cover doubts and questions about the creative process of the oeuvres Oikoá and Mairawê. This includes decisions regarding expressive resources, material choices, experiments, sketches, and drafts. First and foremost, there is a need to bring together the book and its visuals, combining visual arts and text. However, these are not mere drawings and illustrations accompanying the text. Above all, there is a need for dialogue between the book’s format, the visuals, and the ethical and aesthetic qualities that are brought together in the Oikoá and Mairawê projects, developed in 2021 and 2022 respectively.
