Abstract

Corporate governance is the system and structure of power by which the organizations are ruled. It encompasses all of the relations established by the organizations. Therefore, it is directly linked to Public Relations. The issues discussed include the vision of the areas of Public Relations and Organizational Communication, and the benefits of integration between the two practices.
