Unsicherheit in the XXI century: the teaching and the learning of reading and writing of portuguese language in Sao Paulo

The objective of this paper is to discuss the teaching and learning process of reading and writing in Portuguese language, nowadays, in Sao Paulo. It is anchored in the Winnicott's concepts, describing, based on Bauman's postulates, the society where we live - its rules, principles and implemented values of the "liquid modernity" , the object of these reflections - that affect the result of the pedagogical relations, promoting the increase attention about questions concerning these difficulties; we defend the "creativity" and the "confidence" as minimum conditions to establish an affective and social climate adjusted to teaching and learning Portuguese language, constructing ways for Pedagogy in this new millennium.Downloads
