Abstract

This article presents a modality of group intervention developed to analyze the relationship of team leaders with the team members in the public and private organizations of work, that was carried through outside these organizations. It includes technique, method and framework, as well as, argues evidences of psychic suffering and defense mechanisms, and also considers reflections on leadership and other strategies for relationship management.
