This article discusses corporate sustainability where the reverse supply chain is concerned, based on a case study of the Plasma Project. The project integrated the supply chain of three companies in order to make it possible to recycle aseptic packaging cartons. The text provides a brief overview of the bibliography, characterizing three dimensions of sustainability and two relevant initiatives for the development of corporate sustainability projects. The Project Plasma case is described on the basis of these five elements, which, at the end of the text, lead to four critical success factors for the project. The factors seen as critical are technological innovation, financial viability, integration of supply chain actions and the drive to achieve corporate sustainability.Downloads
