Protection of bovine monozygotic twin by means of embryo microsurgery

The authors describe the procedures concerning bovine embryo microsurgery to produce identical twin and then they examine the results obtained by the transfer in the recipients. The transplantation was carried out immediately after the micromanipulation, also after 36 h in culture. The pregnancy rate was 40% and 72% respectively.Downloads
