Analyzing the activities of the ONU Mulheres Brasil, we observe the creation of associations across organizations seen as actors interacting in intermedia flows established based on the theme of gender equality, considered as a mediator of the communication actions in a sociotechnical network. With the contribution of actor-network theory (Bruno Latour), cartography of associations can reveal how processes of web-media exposure create interactions that contribute to the study of organizational communication phenomena, which relations can be read in flow.Downloads
