Construyendo audiencias y comunicando sustentabilidad: Lecciones de la Teoría situacional de los públicos

La comunicación ambiental y turística en espacios protegidos es esencial para promover la sustentabilidad. Se utilizó la Teoría situacional de los públicos para abordar los fenómenos comunicativos en el turismo, siguiendo un método de revisión teórica multidisciplinaria. Se encontró que la construcción de audiencias se ve influenciada por la metáfora del intérprete, el contexto comunicativo y los medios digitales. La Teoría situacional de los públicos brinda un marco sólido para estrategias efectivas, considerando medios digitales y enfoques actualizados.
