O insulto como evidência da narrativa política: o espectro da corrupção em Antapodosis (c.962)

Este artigo apresenta um estudo sobre a Antapodosis, obra redigida por Liutprando de Cremona e um dos mais conhecidos documentos latinos do século X EC. O objetivo consiste em explorar o eventual significado histórico atrelado à configuração narrativa que registra a ocorrência do insulto em acontecimentos históricos envolvendo as elites imperiais. Os resultados apresentados decorrem de uma pesquisa conduzida como um estudo de Análise do Discurso. Aplicando procedimentos metodológicos e diretrizes conceituais estipulados por Michel Pêcheux e Françoise Gadet, este artigo articula a hipótese de que os registros sobre insulto funcionassem como uma figura temporal inscrita no interior de um discurso sobre “corrupção” marcado por relevantes estratégias textuais e implicações ideológicas no âmbito da política imperial do século X latino.
