Abstract

This research inted to investigale the protection granted by the law to the tourist rights losses cases in the face of the misaccomplishment by the air
company of the duty of transporting hin, due to the selling of air tickets in higher number than the amount of available seals. To this event was given the name of overbooking. But, how does it emerge?; What are the hypothesis in which they do have occured?; Which is lhe law object? ln spire of beeing a recent problem, the national legislation as well as the international one have already specific statements related to this subject.
