Abstract

This article aims to develop the idea that Art/Education field of artistic universe that is dedicated to the historical, philosophical and methodological school of the arts, can be ans important resource for articulating art and Mental Health in contemporary, while offering rich and substantial contact with the arts, promotes that aesthetic experience and the conditions of social link; aligning thus proposed to the Brazilian Psychiatric Reform.

Author Biography

  • Paula Carpinetti Avers, Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho"/Assis

    Possui graduação em Psicologia pelo Instituto de Psicologia da Universidade de São Paulo (2002) e bacharelado e licenciatura em Artes Visuais pelo Instituto de Artes da Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho", instituição onde obteve seu mestrado em Artes Visuais (2012), na linha de pesquisa em Arte e Educação. Atualmente doutoranda no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Psicologia da UNESP/Assis, atua principalmente nos seguintes temas: arte, ensino da arte, loucura, saúde mental e oficinas artisticas.
