This study focalizes the defense of the tourist consumers rights towards the main furnisher companies: hotels, air service, land transportation , and also, travel agencies and tour operators. It mentios the experiences and some specific cases in which there where incidents of bad touristic service, moreover the process of conducting and the results of problems. The search concludes with the presentation of some proposals to reduce the number of incidents between the companies and the tourists.Downloads
